EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND CANCELLED CLASSES
Extracurricular Rambler activities (e.g., tournaments, volunteer events) held during scheduled class times are considered classes. Belt testing sessions, Rambler student ceremonies, and other Rambler events are also part of the curriculum. Cancelled classes will be addressed separately.

Green-to-Purple and Purple-to-Blue Belt Testing (June 24, 2017)
Who: Green and purple belts ready to test for their next-level belts.
What: Green-to-purple and purple-to-blue belt testing. Testees should wear their full uniforms--not Rambler tee shirt and pants--and they should arrive early to warm up. Late arrivals will not be allowed to test.
When: Saturday, June 24, 2017--10:30 a.m. Adult class will be cancelled.
Where: Bladensburg Community Center gym.

Colmar Manor National Night Out (August 1, 2017)
Who: Town of Colmar Manor, Maryland (a Port Town).
What: As always, this is a crime prevention event to bring together the community. Many communities will join forces on August 1, 2017 to promote police-community partnerships: crime, drug and violence prevention; safety; and neighborhood unity. Colmar Manor will once again be working with, and recognizing its neighboring towns, community organizations, businesses, government, and political leaders.
When: Tuesday, August 1, 2017--Time TBD. The Tae Kwon Do Ramblers are tentatively scheduled to perform--time TBD.
